Clare MacColl

Clare is the current founder and owner of a consultancy business - Revision Organisational Development, bringing over two decades of experience within the commercial arena, across a variety of sectors and industries.

With a background in HR, Leadership Development and Business Improvement she has experience working within the private sector as well as partnering with both public and not-for-profit organisations, including vast expertise within the construction, housing and regeneration sectors.

Clare refuses to just tick boxes and instead devises organisational solutions which are bespoke, effective, and realistic that which will make a real difference. Her business supports clients from all walks of life to make a positive impact, supporting a variety of projects from cultural change programmes to bespoke training and development solutions.

Clare has chaired the local CIPD branch and continues to work with various professional bodies and business support organisations on a voluntary basis alongside her business.

Clare enjoys all things outdoors, including mountain biking and Stand-Up Paddle boarding, plus spending quality time with her 2 granddaughters.
