Joining the Trust

Our offering.

Our approach is simple, we aim to reduce Headteachers' and overall school workload as much as possible, we want our schools focused on providing quality teaching and learning.

We achieve this by centrally managing many of the tasks that Schools and Academies are now expected to do by themselves.

Our central teams handle all aspects of Finance, HR, Estates, ICT, H&S, Data Protection, Cleaning, Catering and Governance Management, all in collaboration with you. We also offer a connected and joined-up approach to our curriculum, sharing expertise and best practice. 

Our leadership team of Headteachers and Trust Executive staff meet every two weeks, where all topics are up for discussion.

Vision and Values.

We have established and continue to develop a strong common culture and ethos within the Trust. This is encapsulated in our motto ‘Learning Together’. We emphasise a mission of creating a community where both adults and children are focussed on learning, personal development and professional improvement. This is derived from our core values: -

• Challenge – to have the highest expectations and standards of ourselves and our pupils

• Care -to look after our children and each other.
