Health and Safety
At the Trust we have Health and Safety advisors, and in-house specialists. At the onboarding stage we will review your Health and Safety and build a plan to fill any gaps in paperwork or process.
Our Health and Safety team are constantly updating their training and reading the many changes in legislation that comes through the HSE, local authority or Government.
We hold a termly H&S meeting for all schools which provide a platform for feedback, changes and best practice.
We will assist with maintaining risk assessment, COSHH and other legislative requirements ensuring you have a safe environment to work in.
We employ Staffordshire County Council as our H&S auditors and external support; throughout the audit process your team will support you and your school to achieve the best possible results. Any actions will be put into place post review, helping create the safest possible environment for your school.
All our schools are rated 4 and above, with 5 out of 7 schools achieving top marks of 5/5.
