Our Offering

Our approach is simple—we aim to reduce Headteachers' and overall school workload as much as possible, allowing schools to focus on providing quality teaching and learning.

We achieve this by centrally managing many of the tasks that schools and academies are now expected to handle independently.

Our central teams oversee all aspects of Finance, HR, Estates, ICT, Health & Safety, Data Protection, Cleaning, Catering, and Governance Management, all in collaboration with you. We also offer a connected and integrated approach to our curriculum, sharing expertise and best practice.

Our leadership team, comprising Headteachers and Trust Executive staff, meets every two weeks to discuss all relevant topics.
